Fathom Realty NC, LLC
I've lived here for 16 years, and relocated from Louisville, Kentucky. I'm originally from Rochester, New York, home of Wegmans, the best grocery store on earth who is building 4 stores in our area! If you know Wegmans you know how awesome it is. If you don't, you're about to be truly impressed. I graduated from Denison University (Ohio) as well as The College of William & Mary for my graduate degree. I absolutely love the Raleigh; there is a reason why Raleigh and our suburbs are in top 10 most desired places to live year after year!
I'm the straightest shooter Realtor you'll find. I'm not here to sell you a house or make you sell your house. If it's not the right thing to do, I'll tell you that. My reputation relies on your experience with me. You work with me, and not a team, which is all too often these days.
I rank in the top 10% of Realtors in Wake County. I know about "coming soon" listings which are essential in this market with homes selling so quickly once they officially hit the market. I also utilize other strategies to give my buyers a leg up when making offers on a home.
As a random side perk, I have been able to help some new folks to the area (or people already here) find jobs, as well. I worked as Assoc. Director of Career Services at UNC's business school for years. My LinkedIn network is VAST and I help connect people all the time. My husband just helped a couple moving here from Chicago get a job at the hospital where he does most of his procedures. Talk about full service :) lol....
I have two children, ages 16 and 18 and 4 stepchildren! My husband has worked in the medical device industry for over 25 years.
